In order for us to respond to your inquiry, we need you to first verify your email and create an account in our secure portal (please note that this is separate from your app account). Once you’ve submitted your request, you will receive an email from “Support” with the subject “Welcome Email” that has instructions on how to set up your account. Please check spam if you do not see the email.
To view your request after your account has been made:
- Visit the Help Center.
- Click the Sign in button on the top right.
- Sign in using the email and password you used to create your Support account.
- Click on the downward arrow next to your name on the top right.
- Click on My Activities.
