If you’ve received information that you have this service as part of your medical plan but aren’t matching to your plan in the app, it could be due to one of these reasons:
- Your eligibility hasn't kicked in yet. If you are a new hire at your company or your organization only recently added this service to their benefits plan, your coverage may not be available yet. Check with your HR team to understand more.
- The name you entered doesn't match the legal name your company provided. Your legal name must match your Sponsored account to ensure the quality of your medical records. Please check with your HR benefits manager to confirm the information is correct.
- Your benefits do not include a Sponsored Plan.
