We're sad to see you go. If you have had a visit but are no longer interested in subscribing, please log in to the app and go to “Settings.” From there, tap “Cancel Subscription” and review the instructions in the pop-up notification. You will then be taken to our online Help Center to submit your cancellation request. After entering your email address, select “Account and access” from the dropdown menu, enter “Request subscription cancellation” in the last text field and complete remaining empty fields before submitting the form. Cancelling may take up to 3 business days to complete. You may still request a copy of your medical record at any time through our Help Center.
You do not need to cancel your personal subscription if you have recently been covered by your employer, health plan, university or retailer. To switch your account to a Sponsored Plan, see instructions here.
