If you have had a visit but are no longer interested in subscribing, please contact our Support team using our Contact Us form. After entering your email address, select “Account and access” from the dropdown menu, enter “Request subscription cancellation” in the last text field and complete all remaining empty fields before submitting the form.
You do not need to cancel your personal subscription if you have recently been covered by your employer, health plan, university or retailer. To switch your account to a Sponsored Plan, see instructions here.
You may still request a copy of your medical record at any time through our Help Center, regardless of your subscription status.
