Once you sign in to the app, you will enter some basic information about yourself and our Automated Assistant will collect information about why you’re seeking care. A clinician will then join the text-based visit to assess your symptoms to arrive at a diagnosis and answer any health questions you may have.
In a majority of cases, your visit will take place entirely via secure in-app messaging. For skin conditions, rashes and other symptoms, the clinician may ask you to send a picture or may also engage in a brief video visit to better assess your concern. The clinician will explain your diagnosis and treatment plan, giving you all the time you need to ask additional questions. Your care plan will be available shortly after your visit and any necessary prescriptions or labs will be sent to your preferred pharmacy or nearest LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics location.
